About Entrepreneur Coach Pierre Bradette.

Hi, I’m Pierre. I help people reconnect to possibility.

My path started like many others—climbing the corporate ladder, collecting achievements, and solving high-stakes problems for Fortune 100 and 500 clients.

On paper, it was a great career. But over time, the ambition that had driven me started to dim.

Meetings replaced meaning. Workplace politics replaced movement.

It took a long while—and a lot of honesty—to admit I wanted something else.

I know the rhythm of long meetings, unrealistic turnaround times, and life in PowerPoint and Excel.

I know the quiet moment when you pause and wonder—is pouring all your energy into achieving someone else’s goal really how you want to spend your focus, your time, your creativity—or your nervous system?

For me, it wasn’t a dramatic pivot. It was a slow realization—at a pace my nervous system could actually process.

During the pandemic, things got quiet enough that I could finally hear the truth—and start listening to myself in a new way.

That’s when I started taking business creation seriously. Not as an escape hatch—but to choose my next chapter with intention, not just endurance.

One that felt aligned not just in theory, but in my body.

You’ve done everything right. So why does it feel like something’s missing?

You’ve built the career. You’ve made yourself indispensable. You’re the steady hand, the fixer, the strategist.

And you’re good at it.

But maybe, like me, you’ve started to feel it: a quiet tug that says this isn’t it.

But you’re tolerating. You’re managing the pressure, but it’s taking a toll your nervous system can’t ignore. Trying to optimize a life that doesn’t quite fit anymore.

You know deeply that you have more to offer than enduring one work day after another.

Why I do this work

Because I know what it feels like to stop believing in possibility.

Little by little, my sense of creativity and expansion eroded. I stopped imagining. I started settling.

Working with a coach helped me find my way back.
Back to possibility.
Back to creativity.
Back to the idea that I didn’t have to live a life that didn’t fit.

And now? That’s what I want for others.

My mission is to help people reconnect to their own creativity and courage. To help them see that they don’t have to settle. To help them build businesses and lives that feel like theirs.

That’s the work I do with clients. That’s the energy I bring to every conversation.

Why me?

I’ve lived this path. I don’t just know the frameworks—I know what it feels like to create something for yourself.

And, I’ve worked across industries, helping leaders think through strategy, navigate change, and build teams that can actually execute.

I bring all of that with me into this work—combining what I know about leadership and systems with what I’ve learned about possibility, identity, emotional capacity, and nervous system pacing—to meet you exactly where you are.

I know your time is limited. If you have a few more moments, check out My Approach to Coaching or Learn More About Me.
